Ash was the head security guard working aboard the Vortex Rikers. He was known to always be writing down
notes in a log-book. One of the prisoners he was guarding was Prisoner 849, also known as Gina. He did not often show respect to the prisoners; he displayed this trait just before the Vortex Rikers crashed by giving an amused snort to Prisoner 849's request to be freed and escape via the emergency shuttles. After the crash, Gina found Ash's body in one of the nearby cells from her own.
