This article covers content which was scrapped from the Unreal series. These items might have been considered at some point, as there is proof of them in betas or screenshots, but for some reason were not featured in any Unreal game. |
CTF-CrashSite is a cut Capture the Flag map from Unreal Tournament 4.
Overview[]
The map is one of Epic's first attempts to create an asymmetrical CTF map. The blue monastery is a Nali monastery, as evidenced by the Nali's typical six-thorn crucifix in the flag base. The red base, meanwhile, is an alien ship; entrance to it is done by way of an inclined ridge. Both bases are separated by a small chasm.
Trivia[]
- The map was introduced in the November 21, 2014 update of the game.
- Despite the map not being available to load from the menu, the map file is still in the latest files, in the folder OnHold.
