Closed maps

Competitive multiplayer maps set in enclosed areas. Note that in order to qualify, a map should contain no more than 1 or 2 small outdoor areas (i.e. the Curse series and DM-Arsenal qualify because they have one small outdoors area with the rest of the map taking place indoors, but the Hydro series and DM-Peak don't, as half of the map is outdoors and the other half indoors, thus qualifying as Semi-closed maps).
