Solo is a cut Deathmatch map from Unreal Tournament 4.

  • The map was introduced with the May 28th. update,[1] alongside CTF-Mine. DM-MorbiasTest was also meant to be released with it, but there was an oversight and it was released at a later date.
  • The map uses Music_DistrictTheta ("District Theta" by by John Maximilian Repka) as its background track.

Author notes[]

"I've been working on a new duel focused DM shell which will make it into our next build release. There are lots of movement opportunities (slopes/wall slides & dodges/lift jumps/etc) and it should hopefully provide a good mix of reading cues and predicting enemy movement and giving players a chance to play more strategy and escape. RZE and I have been playing a few duels locally and I've already made some tweaks and adjustments thus far but I'm really looking forward to community duel guys to pick this apart once it gets out there. Very open to suggestions and input, I'd love for us to have one more viable stock duel map!"
