Ice Skaarj are a rare type of Skaarj belonging to the Skaarj Warrior class, which are encountered in Unreal Mission Pack: Return to Na Pali, as well as the Invasion gamemode of Unreal Tournament 2003 and Unreal Tournament 2004. They are usually found in the snowy and icy areas.
Description[]
They are alternate versions of normal Skaarj Warriors, possessing a blue skin and wearing a gray armor suit. They are the only blue type of Skaarj, and their strength lies in between that of a Skaarj Warrior and a Skaarj Berserker. They have the same capabilities as your average Skaarj Warrior, but can pack quite a wallop with those said capabilities. Nonetheless, caution is advised around the Ice Skaarj.
Ice Skaarj have an immunity to the Frozen damage type, found only by Nitrogen pools.
They are the only RTNP monster class that returns for the Invasion gamemode in Unreal Tournament 2003 and Unreal Tournament 2004. With default settings, they begin to appear in the fifth wave.

- The final Skaarj of The Darkening is technically a Skaarj Berserker that uses the Ice Skaarj texture.
- They are found in Watcher of the Skies and Gala's Peak only on Easy difficulty.
