The following is a series of characters which had a few mentions, but not enough canonical information to guarantee having an own page.
A. Leiby[]
- Main article: Nagomi Passage
A. Leiby was a human survivor on Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Having left Temple of Vandora, most likely in search of the entrance to Foundry, she was stalked by a Skaarj. The Skaarj had been pursuing her for two hours, at which point she thought that she finally managed to lose him. Hiding behind a crate, she then decided to return back to the temple under the cover of darkness. Hovewer, while in the middle of writing down a log entry, she was ambushed and killed by the Skaarj that had been previously pursuing her. Her dead body can be found leaning against a crate in Nagomi Passage few hundred meters away from the entrance to the temple. A Flak Cannon is lying on the ground next to her body.
Andrew G. Jackson[]
- Main article: UMS Prometheus (mission)
Andrew G. Jackson was a Medical Officer on board the UMS Prometheus. According to his log, the flight went smoothly as no major injuries occured for over 2 weeks. His body can be found inside one of the crew berths lying on a bed. It is likely that he either suffered serious injuries in the crash or was killed by the mercenaries.
B. Bates[]
- Main article: Neve's Crossing
B. Bates was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. His dead body can be found in an abandoned hut in the Neve's Crossing. There is an automag lying on a table next to his body.
D. Beck[]
- Main article: Escape from Na Pali
D. Beck was a human survivor on Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Beck and several other survivors made their way as far as the mountain fortress, where they found a shuttle of Terran origin parked inside (the same shuttle was later used by Prisoner 849 to escape the planet once again). However, the access to the shuttle was blocked off by a locked gate, which, according to natives, had to be raised from a room within the nearby tower. In the end, no one from the group did manage to reach their objective as their dead bodies can be found scattered thorough the fortress. Beck's body can be found close to the locked gate. An Automag and a Combat Assault Rifle can be found next to his body.
G. Dahlgren[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
G. Dahlgren was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Following the crash of the ship, he set out to find some help. Dahlgren provided his coordinates to another group consisting of Warshall, Parkman and Dalton. Dahlgren, spending four days hopelessly waiting on them, later died of unspecified causes. His body can be found inside one of the still inhabited huts in the valley. All members of the group met their end just few hundred meters in a clearing from the place where the shuttle from UMS Bodega Bay dropped of Prisoner 849, just a few hours short of reaching their objective.
J. Airoldi[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
J. Airoldi was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. While searching for food in Na Pali wilderness, she was ambushed by a small reptillian creature (most likely a Predator) and retreated to an abandoned hut in the valley. The creature ran away but later returned with the pack, waiting for their prey to leave the hut. Her body showing no signs of physical damage, Airoldi most likely died from exhaustion, while waiting for the creatures to leave.
J. Crable[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
J. Crable is an in-joke character appearing in the last level of the Unreal Mission Pack: Return to Na Pali. After having tried to trade a useless flashlight to a Nali for some food, Crable was transformed into a Nali Cow by the Nali. Crable also learned that in order to get his original body back, he must travel to highest peaks of Mon-Ton Dew and seek out the high priestess there for a cure. Having eventually failed the quest, Crable's dead body can be found near one of the bridges at the bottom of a lake surrouding the Nali fortress.
J. Montanus[]
- Main article: Spire Valley
J. Montanus was a human survivor on the planet Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Both he and R. Ovrevik made it to the top of the Sunspire tower, where they attempted to ride the Nali Sky Elevator shuttle. However, due to the stormy weather, they crashed just a kilometer or so from the place of take-off. Both bodies as well as the crashed shuttle can be found at the bottom of a lake in Spire Valley.
Montanus in his log mentioned the relative ease of their ascent of Sunspire, which he speculated might have been due to the someone clearing the way before them - alluding to the Prisoner 849, who ascended the tower before them and partially to the search team from the spaceship ISV-Kran, that crash-landed in the vicinity of the tower more than three months ago. An automag, that can be easily overlooked, is lying half-buried near his body in the mud.
It seems that his body is clad in an uniform that is worn by the crewmembers of ISV-Kran. This may imply that either he was a crewmember on that ship or it is an oversight on part of developers. Since some characters appearing in Return to Na Pali expansion pack that were positively identified as belonging to the crews of different spaceships such as UMS Prometheus wear uniforms of Vortex Rikers or ISV-Kran crew, the latter is more likely.
J. Parkman[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
J. Parkman was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Following the crash of the ship, he alongside S. Dalton and W. Marshall made their way to the coordinates provided by another member of the Prometheus crew, G. Dahlgren. However, the whole group was obliterated before reaching their goal. His body is found near the south entrance to the Terra-Sun mining station behind a crate, near the area where Prisoner 849 is dropped off by shuttle after having been rescued by UMS Bodega Bay.
J. Walden[]
- Main article: The Eldora Well
J. Walden was a Human survivor on the planet Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Having been separated from the rest of the survivors, he decided to set up a camp near a well inside Eldora well system. Since the well was empty at the time of writing the entry in his log, he reasoned that it would be possible to leave the well system and find the rest of the team. He was most likely killed in his sleep by a Tentacle or a Gasbag.
K. Divad[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
K. Divad was a crew member on board the UMS Chantilly, a UMS ship that was sent on a rescue mission to find crashed UMS Vortex Rikers. However, the ship met the similar fate of the latter mentioned, crashing down into a mountain with only two members of its crew surviving - the other being M. Worch. Prisoner 849 finds Divad's bloodied and seemingly lifeless body sitting on a crate. Divad dies almost instantly when Prisoner 849 draws close to him. An automag, that possibly belonged to him, is lying on the ground next to him.
He is one of the few (if not the only) human characters that are still alive when player's character approaches them.
M. Fox[]
- Main article: Velora Temple
M. Fox was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Fox's dead body lies on the bottom of a reservoir in the Temple of Velora. Next to his corpse is a Stinger.
M. Poesch[]
- Main article: Nagomi Passage
M. Poesch was a human survivor on Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Poesch, A. Leiby and M. Verdu formed a small group and set out to scout the Na Pali countryside. Whereas Verdu was lost and died inside Velora Temple, both Leiby and Poesch made it outside, with Poesch making it as far as the entrance to the Foundry facility. He noticed that the gate to the Foundry is controlled by a large Behemoth patrolling the bridge leading up to the facility. He decided to wait for the brute to leave the facility and shoot it with his automag, having prepared two clips for the task. He was most likely killed by the aforementioned Behemoth. His body can be found near the bridge next to a crate. An automag and two clips of ammunition are lying on the ground next to his body.
M. Tetreault[]
- Main article: Escape from Na Pali
M. Tetreault was a human survivor on Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Tetreault alongside a fellow survivor D. Beck made their way as far as Nali fortress nestled within mountains, where they found a Terran shuttle docked inside. However, the access to the shuttle was blocked off by a locked gate, which had to be raised by a level found within a nearby tower. Beck stood by the gate while Tetreault set out for the tower. On his way there, he spotted a Skaarj and tried to engage him in combat, an act that lead to his demise, just several tens of meters short of reaching the tower. Tetreault's decapitated body can be found within a hallway deeper within the fortress. A minigun can be found next to his body.
M. Verdu[]
- Main article: Velora Temple
M. Verdu was a human survivor on Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Forming a small group with his fellow survivors M. Poesch and A. Leiby, they ventured in to the Velora Temple. Whereas Poesch and Leiby made it outside, Verdu was lost inside the temple trying to find the way out in the darkness. He was killed by a Spinner while in the middle of making a log entry.
M. Worch[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
M. Worch was a pilot of the UMS Chantilly, a UMS ship that was sent on a rescue mission to find crashed UMS Vortex Rikers. After the UMS Chantilly entered the planet of Na Pali, it was pulled into its atmosphere and crash-landed. There were only two survivors - K. Divad and Worch, however, both of them died later. Judging by the damage to his body and complaints of dizziness logged in his personal log, Worch most likely suffered a hit to his head when the ship crashed. His body can be found hanging over the edge of a cliff near the crash site.
Michael T. Williams[]
- Main article: Inside UMS Prometheus
Michael T. Williams was a Scientific officer on board the UMS Prometheus. With the research project he had been working on completed and having one more week left to arrive to ship's destination, he complained of the lack of means for recreation aboard the ship.
He was either killed during the crash or later on by the mercenaries looting the ship. His body can be found inside the forward section of the bridge behind the shuttle control room. The weapon logs datapad can be found sitting on a platform nearby.
Oliver F. Russell[]
- Main article: UMS Prometheus (mission)
Oliver F. Russell was a Scientific Assistant on board the UMS Prometheus. After his colleague Peter spotted a slimeball-looking alien organism through the pipe controls, he most likely had to conduct water analysis of the water inside the storage tanks in order to prevent contamination by space vermin, a task which he was indignant about doing since it would take the whole night to complete.
P. Mock[]
- Main article: Neve's Crossing
P. Mock was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. He likely died by drowning, when he tried to avoid being noticed by Skaarj by swimming through a nearby lake. Later, his fellow crewmember B. Bates spotted his lifeless body lying face down on the bottom of the lake.
R. Ovrevik[]
- Main article: Spire Valley
R. Ovrevik was a human survivor on the planet Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Both him and J. Montanus made it to the top of the Sunspire tower, where they found an alien shuttle - the so-called sky elevator - that is used by the Nali to travel between the spire and the sky town high above the planet surface. In spite of the weather getting stormy, they attempted to ride the shuttle. The shuttle crashed, hitting the water surface a kilometer or so from the tower in the valley of Spire, killing both of the passengers. The shuttle as well as their bodies can be found at the bottom of a lake, near one of small brick towers in Spire Valley. An automag, that can be easily overlooked, is lying half-buried in a mud next to his body.
R. Wisnewski[]
- Main article: Gala's Peak
R. Wisnewski was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Wisnewski attempted to reach the structure on top of Gala's Peak, however, after nearly falling of twice from the precarious walkway leading up to the fort he gave up, opting to wait instead and try to cross the walkway again later. His body partially covered in snow in a cave, he most likely died from hypothermia or was killed by mercenaries.
S. Brown[]
- Main article: The Eldora Well
S. Brown was a human survivor on the planet Na Pali and most likely a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Venturing as far as the Eldora well system, he felt increasingly tired from the journey as the mountainous terrain was becoming harder and harder to traverse. He discovered a small well in the open part of the well system and decided on investigating it. Although the vicinity of the well was guarded by brutes, he felt confident that he could slip past them undetected. With his back broken, which contorted his body, he was most likely smashed against the rocky wall by the brutes. There is a Flak Cannon lying on a few meters away from his body.
S. Dalton[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
S. Dalton was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Following the crash of the ship, he alongside W. Marshall and J. Parkman made their way to the coordinates provided by another member of the Prometheus crew, G. Dahlgren. According to Parkman, he deliberately led brutes to crewman Marshall, whom they beat to death. His body is found on top of a small rock in the middle of a clearing, near the area where Prisoner 849 is dropped off by shuttle after having been rescued by UMS Bodega Bay.
W. Marshall[]
- Main article: Edge of Na Pali
W. Marshall was a crew member on board the UMS Prometheus. Following the crash of the ship, he alongside S. Dalton and J. Parkman made their way to the coordinates provided by another member of the Prometheus crew, G. Dahlgren. Nearly dying of thirst, he managed to find a source of water in a small pond, however, he was shortly thereafter beaten to death by Brutes. Parkman, having witnessed the whole incident, recorded in his log that he was likely set up by Dalton, who deliberately led the brutes his way, so that they would kill him. His body is found at the bottom of the pond, near the area where Prisoner 849 is dropped off by shuttle after having been rescued by UMS Bodega Bay.
