The Thigh Pads are an armor pickup appearing in Unreal Tournament, Unreal Tournament 3, and Unreal Tournament 4.
Overview[]
The 'pads are a low-tier armor which adds a few armor points to the carrying player. It absorbs 50% of damage taken from the user, and it respawns every 27.3 seconds. It can be used in conjunction with the Body Armor or Armor Vest to provide the player with an even greater resistance to damage.
The thigh pads are usually uncommon in maps, but are not as hard to find as the stronger types of armor.
