Basic layout for map pages.
Things to bear in mind
- Remember to read the Map infobox documentation.
- Fields that must be filled in the infobox: |author=, |music=, |game=, |gametype=, and |platform=
- A map can contain many authors, many music tracks, and be released for many versions of the same game. However, they will still contain ONLY ONE game and ONLY ONE gametype.
- |arena_type= accepts three values: Open, Semi-closed and Closed. As a rule of thumb, area division for description purposes can dictate which areas take place outdoors and which ones indoors, helping in the decision taking process. The general criteria for each of these items are as follows:
- Open maps have over 60% of their areas take place outdoors.
- Closed maps have over 60% of their areas take place indoors.
- Semi-closed maps have a balanced amount of outdoor and indoor areas, roughly between 40% and 60% each.
- Use either Domination points (for Domination maps), Objectives (for Assault maps) or Link setups (for Onslaught and Warfare maps), not all of them at the same time, and only if the map page requires such info.

- For single-player missions (this includes the Ladders in the Tournament and Championship games) use the Mission template.
- Use the Translator template for translator entries in Single player maps.
- Use the Character Card template for ladder matches in the Tournament and Championship maps.
