Re: The Wiki and Unreal v227 new content Edit
I think that while this content wasn't released by the main developers of the Unreal series, it has become the preferred version that is used by virtually all of the Unreal 1 community, and as such, the update and its content should be treated as official. And with Epic Games officially endorsing the update, I think that gives a pretty good reason to include the 227 content on the wiki. So, I do think that the 227 content should be included on the wiki - the only reason I would be against including content released in a patch would be if the patch was not widely used within the community, or if it was not officially recognized by the developers of the series.
I want to help out on this wiki, is there anything you need is specific? Also I want to add a part where we can also talk about the editor, helping each other out, and writing Tips, is that possible?
RE: Unreal 227 Edit
Hey Pumpkin! Sorry for the really late reply. If it's endorsed by Epic, then it's fine by me. "I always stand in doubt. Does not one want to understand the implications of their actions and the riddles society give them?" - A Stranger. (talk) 17:13, July 15, 2020 (UTC)
An issue with a template Edit
So, recently, I have been doing several improvements around the wiki, and most of them have turned out great. But there's one issue that I've come across while working on one of the templates - whenever you have the time, perhaps you could help find out why the problem's occurring.
I have added a feature where if a user hovers over an abbreviated word, then the full word will show up below the user's cursor. This can be seen on this article: DM-Deck16II#Weapons and pickups
I edited the template WeaponsTableRow to make this happen. The abbreviation for "Weapon" is working fine; what I did was change
'''<abbr title="Weapon">W:</abbr>'''. However, a problem occurs when I try to make an abbreviation for "Ammo." After changing the instances of
'''<abbr title="Ammo">A:</abbr>''', the abbreviation merely disappears from the table. I figured I'd come to you for some guidance, as it appears you have quite some skill working with templates.
Separate weapon articles for each game Edit
Hi. I was wondering whetever it would not suit us better to split the contents of the individual weapon articles into separate articles by game. For example Flak Cannon (Unreal), Flak Cannon (Unreal Tournament), etc... Perhaps the same could be done with items. What do you think? Octurion (talk) 14:06, August 29, 2020 (UTC)

I've went ahead and left a response on his talk page.
